Directions to Hale Io from the Hilo International Airport:

We are located about 20 miles from Hilo International Airport. After
renting your car, take Hilo Airportís only exit-road to the
first and only light (Hwy 11, also called Kanoelehua Ave.) and turn
LEFT onto HWY 11. Drive approximately six miles to JUNCTION 130.
There is a green HWY sign that says "PAHOA" at this junction.

At JUNCTION 130, TURN LEFT. REMAIN on highway 130 for 12 miles to
JUNCTION 132. (Hwy 132 is also named Kapoho-Old Pahoa Rd)

At JUNCTION 132, TURN LEFT. Drive 1.0 mile and TURN LEFT onto
NANAWALE BOULEVARD (You will now be in NANAWALE ESTATES).

Drive along Nanawale Blvd for appoximately two miles until you come
to Flower Rd. (You can start looking out for Flower after you come to
the first intersection on Nanawale Blvd that has a stop sign, Flower
is the first street after this one, a bit difficult to spot so you
will want to drive slower at this point).

Turn left onto Flower Rd. and continue downhill about 3/4 mile until
you come to "Molokai Road" . The house is the first on the left just
after Molokai. It is a brown cedar log cabin style home with a
circular front drive.
