Wood Family farm

Wood Family Farm is a family operated small farm dedicated to providing our customers with delicious, wholesome meats and eggs through responsible animal husbandry.

We offer grass-fed lamb and beef, pastured pork, grass foraging turkey and chicken, and eggs from bug and grass eating hens. Lamb, pork and beef are available by the cut. Lamb is also available on a year-round basis by the animal. Pork is available by the whole and the half animal in the fall. Broilers are available May through October on a pre-order basis. Turkeys are available for Thanksgiving on a pre-order basis only.

The lamb and beef are fed an exclusive diet of grass. The broilers, layers, turkeys and pigs are on pasture and are fed a custom supplement grain ration prepared by a local feed mill.

Unique items we offer are stewing hens, red broilers and heritage turkeys. Stewing hens are older layer chickens that make a succulent broth. Red broiler chickens and heritage turkeys are non-commercial birds that have a richer flavor than commercial varieties because of their slower growth.

Our products are available at the Corvallis-Albany Farmers' Markets and drop-off sites in Portland. We also sell all products from our farm by appointment.
