26 Mar 2013 Last night around 7 PM the network connection was up. Joyce reports that they connection was not up prior to 7 AM this morning. I noticed the connection was down a little after 9AM. After some debugging I call Comcast: 09:40 Camaron 800-391-3000 Tried lots of things. He can connect to my modem and see when I add and remove machines. I can ping my modem at 50.193.219.214. No packets passing through the modem. 10:17 Camaron is passit itto tier 2 support. Tier 2 should call within 4 hours. Ticket # CR315693251 13:30 I noticed that the network is up. Speeds are erratic. 14:34 I called Comcast Davis 800-316-1619 There is an outage in the area, something about internal routing. Support is still working on the outage and hope to have it fixed soon. The connection will continue to be erratic until the problem is fixed. It is not an issue with my hardware. Ticket # CR315730071
